Amanda Berglund is an illustrator, painter and graphic designer in Malmö, Sweden. She grew up close to the forests Orsa and graduated from Konstfack in Stockholm 2017. Since then she has worked with editorial illustration for publications such as The New York Times, Harvard Business Review, The New Yorker and Sveriges Natur.

In 2020 she illustrated the popular history book Kvinnosaker (Bonnier Fakta/Kvinnohistoriska) by Karin Carlsson and made her debut as a picture book illustrator in 2024 with Känner du Astrid Lindgren? (Rabén & Sjögrén) written by David Sundin. Her second picture book, Jag älskar dig i alla väder (Rabén & Sjögrén) written by Fanny Flink, was released in January of 2026.

Amanda has also illustrated for companies and organizations such as Teatercentrum, Vasakronan, Linnéuniversitetet and most recently created the 2025 national Christmas postage stamps issued by PostNord. In parallel with illustration she also works with graphic design as Bukett Grafik, the design studio she runs with her husband Erik Kirtley.
